Cedar Point, in Sandusky, Ohio, has rolled out an offer for guests planning overnight visits to the theme park. The Cedar Point easy pay plan is a convenient new payment plan that allows resort visitors to lock-in the park’s low pre-season rates while conveniently managing the cost of their stay in four easy installments. Pre-booking with the easy pay plan must be done by March 1, 2013.
Easy pay packages can be purchased on Cedar Point’s website or by calling 419-627-2106. As an extra bonus, Cedar Point provides resort guests with one hour early entry into the park.
“We are always looking for new ways to make the Cedar Point experience easier and more convenient for our guests,” said Jack Highsmith, corporate vice-president of resort operations. “Our new Easy Pay plan now makes it even more affordable for families and friends while staying overnight at the world’s best amusement park.”
Cedar Point resorts include the historic Hotel Breakers, which merges 1905 architecture with modern-day conveniences, Sandcastle Suites, lakeside cabins and luxury RV sites at Lighthouse Point, Camper Village, Castaway Bay indoor waterpark and Breakers Express.
Roller coaster and thrill ride enthusiasts will want to move quickly to take advantage of Cedar Point’s new “easy pay” payment program. May 11 marks the beginning of a historic year for Cedar Point with the arrival of GateKeeper, the park’s newest, world-record-breaking wing coaster.
At a towering 170-feet in height, GateKeeper spins through two signature keyholes at speeds of 67-mph. Guests get a simulated flight experience that will break at least five world records, including tallest drop, longest track and most inversions of any wing coaster.
Voted the Best Amusement Park in the World for 15 consecutive years, Cedar Point is owned by Cedar Fair Entertainment Company, which also owns Kings Dominion in Virginia, Carowinds in North Carolina, Kings Island in Ohio, Canada’s Wonderland in Canada, California’s Great Adventure in California, Dorney Park and WildWater Kingdom in Pennsylvania, Knott’s Berry Farm in California and several Soak City waterpark locations, as well as many others.
