Breast Cancer Awareness month is approaching and now there’s a way for men to get involved without having to wear a girly pink ribbon – Save the Ta-Tas foundation presents its Ta-ta’s Brand Clothing, featuring tees for both men and women, all of which sport cheeky sayings to raise awareness, such as “Save a Life and Grope Your Wife.”
The company, founded by LA-local Julia Fikse, in 2005 is dedicated to battling cancer at every stage by supporting break-through breast cancer research. Ta-ta’s Brand Clothing gives 5% of its gross sales straight to charity for breast cancer research. Since its launch, the organization has donated almost $500,000 to breast cancer research.
The brand also features shorts, bags, hats and “boob lube” (aids in self-breast exams, or in this case, can facilitate you frisking your partner in order to keep them “safe”), in addition to its tees. Prices for all products range from $27.00 to $45.00. For more information on the company or to check out the rest of its products, visit their website at www.savethetatas.com.
This fall, Save the Ta-ta’s encourages the men of Los Angeles to support Breast Cancer Awareness month by getting fresh with a lady friend or simply by spreading the word via fun, thought-provoking and stylish t-shirt.
