On March 17, 2014, People reported that Savannah Guthrie and Mike Feldman secretly tied the knot over the weekend. However, their good news doesn’t end there. They are expecting their first child together.
The wedding took place in Tucson, Az. with only 80 to 90 guests. Some of the guests were with her fellow workers on the “Today” show, like Willie Geist, Hoda Kotb, Matt Lauer and Al Roker. Even Chuck Todd, an NBC News reporter, attended. They asked everyone to keep their wedding a secret, because Savannah wanted to make the announcement when she went back to work on the “Today” show on Monday.
Savannah said, "We are four months pregnant. We are so excited, overjoyed and feel so blessed." They expect their baby to arrive in late summer.
"We set the wedding date, I bought my dress, and then I found out. So I did a little praying."
Savannah went on to say, "I feel great, and actually I'm so happy to tell the world. Because I can't suck in this gut anymore."
Savannah and Mike dated for four years before he asked her to marry him in May of 2013.
We wish Savannah and Mike much happiness.
