Last week, police in Dallas arrested Kristopher Erin Miles, 19, after he reportedly brutalized two mentally disabled brothers, raping one of them at a Dallas Area Regional Transit (DART) station.

On Dec. 4, Miles robbed a passenger of his cellphone and fled as the commuter train pulled into the DART Lake Highlands station, according to police.

Miles was seen on surveillance footage running from the scene at 5:24 a.m.

The suspect then reappeared on security video, lying in the grass, playing with the cellphone.

Then, the teen's attention turned to two mentally disabled men, waiting at the station...

The Dallas Morning News reported:

Police said Miles later walked over to the brothers after watching them briefly. Video shows him burning one of the brother’s faces with a lit cigarette, police said.

Miles then grabbed the other brother, demanded money and struck him in the head. Miles got $6, according to the documents. He then took both men to a bus shelter out of the cameras’ view, police said.

Miles then raped one of the men, while ordering the victim's brother to turn around and not look at him, according to court documents.

Minutes later, Miles was seen boarding another DART train.

He was taken into custody at Union Station.

Miles has been charged with injury to a disabled person, theft from a person and aggravated robbery, aggravated sexual assault and possession of a controlled substance. He is currently being held at the Dallas County Jail on $250,000 bond.
