
These sausage balls are great for breakfast or brunch. If you have leftovers, you can freeze them in an airtight, zip top plastic bag.
Sausage ball recipe
- 1 package of breakfast sausage, in a roll
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Bisquick Baking Mix
- 3 shakes of Tabasco sauce
Preheat oven to 375*.
Mix all ingredients together. Roll into balls and place on a no-stick foil lined jelly roll pan. (cookie sheet with sides)
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until lightly brown on top.
