Satellite Beach Surf Fishing Workshop

According to Rodney Smith, "Here's an excellent opportunity to increase your knowledge and success of surf fishing, while supporting the Angers for Conservation's Hook Kids on Fishing programs.

These workshops cover the surf fishing fundamentals and skills needed to improve one’s catching. You'll learn how, where and when the professionals catch more pompano, whiting, drum, flounder, king and Spanish mackerel, tarpon and a host of other species from the surf. You'll also see how they catch, preserve and use sand fleas, clams, shrimp, finger mullet and other popular baits. Everything from proper casting, rigging and fishing techniques, and how to choose and use the prefect lures in the surf, will be covered during these five-hour clinics.

Each participant will receive a free Surf Fishing Workshop Tackle bag.

A portion of the Surf Fishing Workshop proceeds will be donated to the Anglers for Conservation's Hook Kids on Fishing programs. These programs have taught thousands of kids and their parents about fishing and conservation during the past decade."
