“Grimm” fans rejoice! After a long hiatus, NBC’s hit show returns this Friday with what is sure to be a tension-filled episode. Sasha Roiz, also known as Captain Renard, sat down for an interview with Access Hollywood (March 6) to discuss the shows return and what fans can expect from Nick (David Giuntoli) and Renard.
When the show left off last fall, Nick had just found out that his love Juliette (Bitsie Tulloch) had a “thing” starting with the Captain. Even though Juliette was suffering from amnesia and the feelings she shares with Renard are the result of a spell, Nick is understandable not a happy camper and moves in with Monroe. We hear that "thing" between Juliette and Renard is definitely not over.
Along with the confrontation over Juliette, Nick will also find out soon that his boss is not only wesen, but a Prince wesen at that. Roiz says: “The episode we return with is really quite remarkable because it’s what fans have been waiting for, for a season and a half and everything gets revealed, The characters all kind of start [to] realize [things] about one another. Nick knows about me.”
He goes on to say: “There’s gonna be confrontation, there’s gonna be repercussions, there’s gonna be fights, as you’ve seen in the trailer, there’s gonna be mad love and obsession and everything will kind of spin out of control, But at the same time it’s going to add a whole new level to the show because the characters will all be revealed to one another.”
Fans on Twitter have also taken sides in the battle, most either Team Nick or Team Renard.
