Sarah Paulson's “American Horror Story” two-head spoiler tease has definitely gotten “AHS” fans buzzing. The actress shared one enticing tweet on Thursday that has fans anxious for more. Just what can they expect when season 4 titled “American Horror Story: Freak Show” premieres this fall?

Paulson's tweet teased, “So excited to be playing Bette AND Dot this season. Two heads are better than one!” The photo showed Sarah in character, and she does indeed seemingly appear to be a character with two heads. Entertainment Weekly theorizes that Bette and Dot likely are an attraction at the 1950s freak show to be featured in “American Horror Story: Freak Show.”

EW adds the “American Horror Story” spoiler that they have confirmed that Sarah Paulson plays multiple characters in the FX show in season 4. What other “American Horror Story: Freak Show” spoilers have been revealed so far? EW previously revealed that Jessica Lange will play the freak show leader. It seems the concept for season 4 is one Ryan Murphy has had in mind for some time, and Lange has always loved the idea.

Of course every season has a different feel when it comes to “AHS,” and fans are quite anxious to see what is in store with “Freak Show.” Murphy teases that there is a character named Clown Killer, and the new season is going to be “quite terrifyingly dark.” Given Ryan Murphy's previously twisted storylines for this show, viewers can only imagine what he plans for a season that revolves around a Florida freak show.

Other “AHS” spoilers from EW indicate that other freak show participants will be played by Kathy Bates, Angela Bassett, Frances Conroy and Evan Peters. Season 4 titled “Freak Show” will consist of 13 episodes and will premiere this fall. How does Sarah Paulson's “American Horror Story” two-headed character fit in to it all?
