Searchlight, NV. March 28, '10: Even with the microphone, Sarah Palin had to raise her voice to be heard above the roar of the Tea Party crowd. Over 20,000 energized Tea Party members thrilled to hear a message emphasizing God, military, America, energy, taxes, and freedom. To learn more about the Tea Party members and what's it about, pay close attention: Who and what makes them stand up and cheer?
Palin's top twenty-five applause lines:
- Good thing I remember how to use a poor man's version of a teleprompter (holding out her palms).
- Ask Harry Reid: When does early voting began and who else is running for your seat?
- How is that Hopey-Changey thing working out for you?
- To Washington: You're FIRED!
- We're not going to sit down and shut up!
- To the Media: We ask for some fair and balanced reporting coming from you, please.
- We need a Commander -n -chief not a constitutional law professor lecturing us from a lectern!
- Somebody needs to tell Harry Reid "This isn't a crap-shoot!".
- We are not supposed to work for government. Government should work for us!
- Nothing a good old fashioned election can't fix...
- Those of us who still cling to our guns and religion...
- A lot of commonsense conservatives are putting it all on the line to try to get our country back on track.... because they believe in what Ronald Reagan stood for.
- We need the courage to do what we know is morally right.
- Common sense... so our moms and pops can keep what they earn.
- We need to jump-start energy projects. What a ridiculous position to find America in, dependent upon foreign countries, when we have the resources right here under foot..
- We do need to drill here and drill now.
- We're just true blooded Americans - working hard - standing up for what's right.
- Let's not kick God out of our country.
- Freedom is a God given right and freedom is worth fighting for.
- The government that governs the least governs best.
- .American's finest are men and women in uniform; they are a force for good through out this world and that's not a thing to apologize for.
- It's not a time to retreat; it's a time to reload.
- Don't ever let anybody tell you to sit down and shut up, America!
- Stand up! Speak out! Let's get it together, America!
- Let's take back our country! God bless you, God bless America!

Liberal feminists are still smarting over Obama's tough abortion concession to Stupak. To them, any questions about legality and coverage should have been clarified with one callous sentence Abortion is a medical procedure. Is that how you think of it? |

Sarah's so gutsy! I love it!
While I understand the her appeal, do any of you actually trust her? I mean, its easy to be on the outside, and to criticize, but really, would you actually feel safe with her in office? Trust her with your future?
ahahaha, Buck, I would stand up and applaud as well. There were no bad lines. None.
I agree with, "You're FIRED!".
"Gutsy!" Sharon,
What an "apt" description. Right on...
Hi Jacob,
Talk to us about your "Sarah paranoia". What is it you think she will do to you?
@ Jacob: I would trust Palin who kept her word to Mccain & Perry even though she knew she would take political heat.I would trust a person who delivered on her campain promises in AK.She worked with the opposition in her state and did not mock them after winning by a landslide.Do you trust Obama who has busted so many promises?Who mocks his opposition and blames them for deficits, when his own party has controlled the purse strings since jan 2007.I trust her and if you read her FB notes about energy and things that should be done about the economy,it makes sense.See she looks at what has worked in the past. She looks at what Reagan did. Those things that created a massive expansion of wealth and 25 million new jobs.I trust her more than any other politician these days.Interesting the media talks about this nonsense not about what she says in her speaches.Things like drilling for oil, simplifing the tax code, cutting spending & taxes for everyone and every buisness.I trust her.
It doesn't bother anyone that she is a quitter, that she resigned while under investigation for 23 ethics violations? All the things the McCain campaign workers said about her and her ego, or the whole wardrobe thing? I'm afraid she just says whatever makes her more popular. I don't think she could handle making the really unpopular decisions that would have to be made if she were president. Like I said, its easy to unite and attack a common enemy, a scapegoat, but what are her solutions again? Drill baby drill?
Trust, well I trust someone like Palin a heck of a lot more than I do Obama.
His crooked dealings , Chicago style politics and promises broken .... well let's just say anything Sarah has ever done that you seem to think is so horrible Jake, is nothing compared to the bunk Obama's been dishing out to "we the people" and somehow.... he gets a ride? Why?
Sarah is a saint compared to our troll of a prez.....
she is not fit to run the local high school.
Got something to say?
