When you think of Sarah Michelle Geller, all you can do is hum the “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” theme song and start staking vampires. Well, Geller, 36, who hasn’t portrayed the character for a little over 10 years still keeps it close to her heart … the Buffy stake that is.
Eonline.com Chris Harnick reported February 28, that the star kept a couple of props from the series, and keeps them really close to her while she sleeps.
“Aside from her wardrobe? I think my favorite is that my makeup artist had made a special stake for me with a little bottle of holy water, and to this day I keep it by my bed." Geller said.
I guess she’ll be ready for some vampire attacks. Geller was asked if she would ever reprise her role in the franchise. “I feel like I still do? I don't think you ever leave that franchise.”
“Buffy the Vampire Slayer” was based on a 1992 movie created by Joss Whedon (Marvel’s The Avengers, Firefly) and later adapted into a television series which have taken the airwaves by storm. The series ran from 1997 to 2003. You can watch Geller on the hit CBS Series “The Crazy Ones” with Robin Williams.
