Sarah McLachlan has come up with a unique way to promote her latest album and celebrate Mother's Day at the same time. The multi-Grammy and Juno winning Canadian singer-songwriter is giving fans the chance to create free personalized Mother's Day e-cards, using lyrics from her newly released studio album "Shine On."

Posting to her official Facebook page on May 9, the 46-year-old Halifax, NS native and mother of two reminds fans to "celebrate the mom in your life and show her she shines your world" with an easy to use e-card tool, which employs verses from two of the album's tracks, "Beautiful Girl" and "In Your Boots." To create a "Shine On" Mother's Day e-card, head to Tweematic.com/sarahmclachlan, select a verse, insert a favorite picture and add a message.

Released on May 6, "Shine On" is McLachlan's eight studio album and her first release on Verve Records, after parting company with longtime label NettwerkArtista. The album features eleven-tracks and is available in CD and digital formats. Fans can also order the deluxe edition, which features an addition two songs.
