Sarah McLachlan and Olympic curling gold medallists from Team Jennifer Jones have been announced as a presenters at the 2014 Juno Awards.

According to a press release posted Feb. 25 at JunoAwards.ca, the eight-time Juno winner will act as a special presenter for the music education charity MusiCounts, while the Winnipeg, MB curling champs, hot on the heels of their undefeated run for a gold medal at the Sochi Games last week, will also present at Canada's premier music awards show, which will be held in Winnipeg next month.

Newly added to the Juno performers roster are country stars Gord Bamford, Dean Brody and Brent Kissel, who are each contending for Country Album of the Year with Kissel also up for Breakthrough Artist.

The trio will join previously announced performers, which includes: Robin Thicke, Ryder, Tegan and Sara, Walk off the Earth, The Sheepdogs and Matt Mays.

More performer and presenter announcements are expected in the weeks ahead.

Bachman-Turner Overdrive will inducted into the 2014 Canadian Music Hall of Fame at the ceremony.

The 2014 Juno Awards will be held March 24-30 in Winnipeg with the awards ceremony scheduled to air live on CTV Sunday, March 30 from MTS Centre.
