If you're a fan of Fashion Week, you know that celebrities such as actress Sarah Jessica Parker and fashion divas such as Vogue queen Anna Wintour are enviably slim. How do they do it? Get their diet and weight loss secrets from Eileen Daspin, author of "The Manhattan Diet: Lose Weight While Living a Fabulous Life."

Sarah Jessica Parker eats a variety of food. However, "she’s also helped popularize the Blue Print Cleanse and has been photographed sipping from one of the company’s baby bottle-shaped containers,” Daspin writes. “The diet includes six juices a day, which add up to between 1,000 and 1,200 calories.”

In addition, Sarah Jessica has used the Hamptons Diet, according to FitSugar. It's a low carb diet detailed in "The Hamptons Diet: Lose Weight Quickly and Safely with the Doctor's Delicious Meal Plans" by Dr. Fred Pescatore, who also authored "Thin for Good: The One Low-Carb Diet That Will Finally Work for You."

For exercise, Manhattan women walk everywhere, and Sarah Jessica is among them. In addition, she said in an interview with Good Housekeeping: "I do like feeling fit and healthy. When you're young, you can run around and not really care about what shape you're in because you wake up every day feeling OK."

But now Sarah Jessica agrees with Cameron Diaz, who documented her own diet and fitness plan in "The Body Book: The Law of Hunger, the Science of Strength, and Other Ways to Love Your Amazing Body." The older you get, the more you need to workout. Or as Sarah Jessica says: "But now that I'm older, I need to do more for myself."

Low-carb diet devotee Anna Wintour stays true to model tradition "through a power lunch consisting of rare red meat and a salad with no salad dressing,” reveals Eileen.

In addition, Eileen says, Manhattan women keep trigger foods out of their home. And her own secret? "“I use a teaspoon to scoop up a few grains of risotto. I taste everything but eat almost nothing.”
