Sex and the City 2 actress Sarah Jessica Parker admits "real women" can't lose weight after pregnancy like celebrities and it's unrealistic for real women to believe so.

The mom to three children - Seven-year-old James and 5-month-old twin girls - said in a recent interview with PARADE. "I hear a lot of actresses pretend they don't have help, and that can't be true," she says.
"It's really unfair to working women in America who read celebrity news and think, 'Why can't I lose weight when I've had a baby?' Well, everyone you're reading about has money for a trainer and a chef. That doesn't make it realistic."

Actress Amanda Peet made a similar statement in the mag in a past issue, comparing body image expectations of teenage girls to those of Jennifer Aniston.
""I mean, someone with a figure like Jennifer Aniston has a trainer, a cook spinning out some version of the latest diet, and probably a stop at the tanning salon. Then teenage girls go, ‘God, I wish I could look like that.’ Maybe they wouldn’t if they knew what it took.’”
Sarah Jessica Parker, 44, says while it takes hard work for her to stay in shape, she's afforded luxuries that real moms may not be able to have.
“They don’t have the kind of help that I have if I need it," Parker tells PARADE. "I’m allowed to be a working mother because frankly, I can leave my child with someone I trust and love and a lot of mothers can’t do that."
