A report from ABS-CBN News this morning, June 1, 2014 regarding the ticket sales of the movie titled "Maybe This Time" starring the pop princess Sarah Geronimo and the TV series king Coco Martin confirms that Star Cinema and Viva Films have made the right decision. According to the report, the first movie of Sarah and Coco had already reached the Php60M mark in just four days of showing in more than 180 theaters nationwide.

It can be remembered that Malou Santos, one of the big bosses of Star Cinema, revealed and confirmed that she was planning to release the fourth movie of Sarah Geronimo and John Lloyd Cruz this year when interviewed by several months ago. But due to some reasons, she decided to tap the newly crowned Box Office Queen of the Guillermo Mendoza Memorial Scholarship Foundation Inc. and gave her a movie project with Coco Martin.

For some observers, her decision to set aside the fourth movie of John Lloyd and Sarah, two of the best actors in their generation, is an interesting and exciting decision because the market is still willing to patronize the Laida Magtalas-Miggy Montenegro film. And now that "Maybe This Time" is doing well in theaters, and continues to earn millions of pesos, Malou Santos can tell the Sarah-John Lloyd fans that she made the right decision.

So, what’s next for the pop princess after this blockbuster movie with Coco Martin? Are Viva Films and Star Cinema planning to give her another movie with her favorite leading man and played the role of Laida Magtalas for the fourth time?

Well, for sure, their fourth team up will become one of the hottest topics online because of their superb onscreen chemistry, but don’t forget, the ball is still in the hands of the bosses of Viva and Star Cinema. If posters are lucky, they will see Sarah Geronimo and John Lloyd Cruz playing the role of Laida Magtalas and Miggy Monetengro next year. Who knows?
