Sandra Koulourides' The Total Package

Most successful people carry a true passion for their work within an industry.   Sandra Koulourides, the creator of the Horizontal Conditioning DVDs, definitely carries a passion for nutrition and fitness.  Most recently Sandra travelled to Dallas for SCW's Mania fitness convention to teach classes in horizontal conditioning and promote her recent success; the publishing of her first book Fuel+ Fitness The Total Package.  

Sandra who owns Fuel + Fitness, a nutritional counseling business in Birmingham Alabama, wanted to share with people how easy it is to create a balance between life, food, and fitness.  When balance is present, one will gain better health, energy, and weight loss usually will occur.  

Sandra intertwines her Masters in Nutrition and her degree in fitness to present the basics needed to change health in this easy to read book.  To get results, Sandra does not believe in starvation, pills, or quick fixes.  Her book covers:
