Sandra Bullock speaks out for first time -- over alleged Jesse James sex tape

Oscar-winning actress Sandra Bullock had been completely silent to this point about the recent allegations of affairs involving husband Jesse James -- however, she is now speaking out about one hot topic in particular. Earlier Tuesday, it was reported that the former "Celebrity Apprentice" contestant had filmed a number of "disturbing" sex tapes, and that one (supposedly involving Sandra) was being used as leverage to keep the actress from filing for divorce.

As Bullock tells People Magazine, that couldn't be further from the truth:

"There is no sex tape....There never has been one and there never will be one."

Bullock did not comment on any other matters involving James -- though good friend George Lopez (who starred in a sitcom she helped to produce) did pay her a visit on Monday.

Do you think this statement means that a divorce could be imminent for Sandra Bullock and Jesse James? Feel free to share your thoughts below and stay tuned for more news. (To view photos of Jesse and Sandra Bullock together during happier times, click here.)
