Sandra Bullock has finally had it with Jesse James. RadarOnline.com reported that she is preparing the divorce papers and James will probably not get anything as there was a prenup agreement which stated that in case of infidelity, he would end up with zero.
The actress, who won the Oscar for "The Blind Side", has been incognito since the rumors of infidelity struck, only coming out a few days ago to visit a friend near her Hollywood home. She has been visited by production staff and assistants, yet is still heartbroken over James' betrayal, refusing to take his calls and even increasing security to keep him away.
The reality television star recently checked into sex rehab in Arizona for, but left a few days ago since Bullock refused to take his phone calls. The actor has also been under the radar, only issuing a statement almost a month ago to the Associated Press which stated: "It's because of my poor judgment that I deserve everything bad that is coming my way, This has caused my wife and kids pain and embarrassment beyond comprehension and I am extremely saddened to have brought this on them."
While only four women have come out and stated they had affairs with James, RadarOnline learned from a source that he confessed to up to seven during their brief five year marriage. The scandal broke out after Michelle "Bombshell" McGee, a stripper, came out and stated that she had an affair with Jesse James just days after Bullock won the Oscar. Find more about McGee here.
“If she divorces Jesse and proves he was cheating, which won’t be hard, Sandra won’t have to pay Jesse anything,” a source stated. Although James is independently wealthy, Sandra gained a lot of money in 2009 as she produced and starred in both "The Blind Side" and the breakout comedy "The proposal" opposite Ryan Reynolds. The prenup is clear, and the only question remains: when will she file for divorce?
Bullock has canceled many public appearances in the last month, and is getting ready to make her first public appearance later in April.
