Actors George Clooney and Sandra Bullock are currently on location in Venice, Italy for promoting their film “Gravity” at its premiere earlier today during the 70th Venice International Film Festival at the Palazzo del Cinema on August 28, 2013.
“Gravity” apparently also served as the Opening Ceremony film for the Venice International Film Festival today.
“They were incredibly helpful,” Bullock told The Telegraph about working with real-life astronauts to help her prepare for her role as “Dr. Ryan Stone.”
She explained, “…they gave me an inside visual as to why they chose what they do for a living, their love for what is beyond our planet.”
Sandra, 49, looked stunning in her sexy strapless J Mendel gown, teamed with black Roger Vivier shoes and bag, and earrings and bracelet by Martin Katz.
The Sci-Fi Drama “Gravity” centers around a Medical Engineer and an Astronaut (“Matt Kowalsky” played by Clooney) who must work together to survive after an accident leaves them adrift in space.
Ms Bullock had arrived earlier at the festival for a photocall looking very stylish in a colorblocked sheath of lipstick pink, mint green and orange, teamed with gold sandals, while George looked casual in his dark suit and striped shirt sans necktie.
