Sandi Patty Releases Sandi Patty Christmas LIVE
A voice that is often associated with the holidays due to her popular Christmas carols and her legendary annual Christmas spectacular, gospel music diva Sandi Patty is releasing Sandi Patty Christmas LIVE, her first live project in almost 10 years. Available nationwide this week, the Sandi Patty Christmas LIVE DVD and CD will bring Sandi Patty's Christmas event into the homes of people across the country in a celebration of the Christmas season.

Sandi Patty Christmas LIVE features many of Patty’s signature Christmas carols including “Angels We Have Heard on High,” "Joyful, Joyful We Adore Thee," "Star of Bethlehem," and her original version of "O Holy Night." The album and DVD were recorded in front of a live audience in Richardson, TX with a live orchestra and choir.

“Christmas really is my favorite time of year,” says Patty who has been dubbed "The Voice." “I love what Christmas means. I love celebrating the birth of Christ. To be able to capture these Christmas anthems in my favorite setting, the live setting, was an absolute thrill! I’m so glad to be able to share this live experience with my friends through this project.”
Sandi Patty Christmas LIVE Tour
Patty's Christmas LIVE tour will visit 14 cities in the U.S., continuing her 10-year tradition of performing the Christmas spectacular with symphonies across the country. The annual event launches November 27 in Georgetown, DE and ends December 21 in Greeley, CO. On December 19 and 20, Patty performs with the New York City Pops at historic Carnegie Hall. In addition, Patty will be performing with The Twelve Irish Tenors at The Palace Theatre in Myrtle Beach, SC November 16 through 21 as apart of the theatre’s “Christmastime!” production.
The closest the Christmas LIVE tour is scheduled to come to Nashville are November 30 at Living Hope Baptist Church in Bowling Green, KY and November 28, at Anderson Music Hall in Hiawassee, GA. 
Sandi Patty's 39 GMA Dove Awards
Sandi Patty has won an impressive 39 GMA Dove Awards since she won her first two Doves in 1982. In 2009, was nominated for two Dove Awards for Female Vocalist Of The Year and Inspirational Album Of The Year (Songs For The Journey).
