Voting for the second round of the “Madden NFL 25” Cover Vote began on Wednesday and the two Atlanta Falcons that have made the field of 64 players are still in it.
Deion Sanders, who is in the old school bracket, won his first round match against Seattle Seahawks defensive tackle Cortez Kennedy by a whopping 93 percent of the popular vote. Julio Jones, who is the new school bracket, got passed New Orleans Saints tight end Jimmy Graham with no problems, winning 70 percent of the popular vote.
In the second round matchups Sanders is currently up against Denver Broncos running back Terrell Davis while Jones is currently facing Houston Texans running back Arian Foster. If Sanders wins, he will face the winner of the Troy Aikman-Tim Brown matchup in the quarterfinals. If Jones wins his matchup, he will face the winner of the Colin Kaepernick-A.J. Green in the quarterfinals.
Voting for the second round of the “Madden NFL 25” Cover Vote ends on March 27. Voting can be done by going to ESPN.com/MaddenVote. “Madden NFL 25” will be available for the XBOX 360 and Playstation 3 on August 27.
