Craft beer is booming and Houston’s craft beer options are about to expand once more.

San Tan Brewing, the second largest brewery in the state of Arizona, just announced a partnership with Ben E. Keith. The deal will bring San Tan Brewing’s signature beers, Devil’s Ale, HopShock IPA, SunSpot Gold, and Mr. Pinapple Wheat Beer to locations throughout Texas.

San Tan Brewing founder and brewmaster Anthony Canecchia is ready to expand his company’s reach and he is confident that Ben E. Keith is the right business partner for the task.

“We believe in true partnerships with friends that are committed to educating, serving and selling craft beer in America”, said Canecchia. “Ben E. Keith Beverages has undisputedly dedicated their houses to the development of the American craft revolution, which is part of our mission at SanTan Brewing”.

Ben E. Keith Beverage president Kevin Bartholomew expressed similar sentiments and is proud to bring San Tan beers to Texas.

“We are very excited to be partnering with SanTan Brewing in Texas. We have had consumers reach out to us for several years, asking if SanTan brands might be coming to our state soon. What we are most excited about is that SanTan’s entire ‘Southwestern Style Ales’ portfolio will resonate well with our ever expanding consumer base,” said Bartholomew.

San Tan Brewing is a fast growing business and has now achieved regional brewery status, as defined by the Brewers Association. The brewery expects to brew 25,000 barrels of beer in 2014 and just recently expanded into Southern California.

To keep thirsty Texans aware of the launch, San Tan Brewing has created a dedicated Facebook page, www.facebook.com/santanbrewingtexas. A quick glance at this page will keep Texas craft beer fans updated on the latest places to carry San Tan Brewing products, both in draught and in cans.
