San Jose's Downtown Ice featuring the Halo Light Show is in its fourth consecutive season which is partnered with Kristi Yamaguchi's Always Dream Foundation and Hawaiian Airlines. Families still have time to visit the South Bay's largest seasonal outdoor skating rink before it closes this Sunday, Jan., 12.
Arrive early to experience the Halo Light Show shown nightly at 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. The Halo Light Show is located at the Circle of Palms. Downtown Ice is offering a discounted admission from Jan., 3-10 to everyone dressed in Hawaiian attire. The discount is valid between the times of 5 p.m. to midnight only. Admission is $10 per person on Aloha Fridays.
Downtown Ice is located at the Circle of Palms between the Fairmont Hotel and the San Jose Museum of Art. Admission is discounted for the week of January 6-12; admission for children 10 years and younger is $13. Admission for children 11 years through adult is $15.
Parking is readily available for $5 after 6 p.m., seven nights a week in city-owned lots and garages. Receive validation from a participating restaurant or business and park the rest of the night for free in city-owned garages. This parking offer is available after 6 p.m., and all day on Saturdays.
