Sunday, January 6: Moveable Feast Garden City takes place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 350 Saratoga Avenue (at Stevens Creek Boulevard), where Garden City Casino used to be located. This week’s line up of mobile restaurants include House of Siam, KoJA Kitchen, Melts my Heart, Rice Rocket, Treatbot, and Yumsilog. Sunday, January 6: For those who are looking for a special Sunday night dinner but do not want to prepare it themselves, LB Steak on Santana Row offers Sunday “Prime” Time (http://www.lbsteak.com/events.php ). For $29.95 per person diners get to enjoy a salad, a 12 oz. cut of meat served au jus, a baked potato, and ice cream to finish the meal.
Monday, January 7: From January 7 – 20, 2013, Il Fornaio’s regional menu features dishes from Italy’s Friuli region. The dishes on the regional menu are available a la carte or as a 3-course tasting menu for $29.99.
Monday, January 7: Moveable Feast: Southside takes place at the VTA Blossom Hill Station parking lot at Blossom Hill Road and Blossom Avenue in San Jose from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. The following trucks are scheduled to be there: Chairman, Fairycakes, Hongry Kong, House of Siam, PSRT, Sam’s Chowdermobile, Supertacos ElConrro, and Treatment.
