San Francisco Symphony announces grand ticket sale

The San Francisco Symphony’s New Year sale is on, and reduced price seats are now available for some of the finest concerts of the season. With tickets on sale for $20, $40 and $50, these include some of the best seats in the house - but this offer ends at 6.00 pm on Friday, January 31, and some of these concerts already have limited availability, so there's no time to waste.

Performances include concerts by the SF Symphony conducted by Michael Tilson Thomas, Osmo Vänskä, Lionel Bringuier, Rafael Frühbeck de Burgos, Herbert Blomstedt, Ton Koopman and Charles Dutoit - and they feature guest artists such as Daniil Trifonov, Hélène Grimaud, Julia Fischer, Garrick Ohlsson, Jean-Yves Thibaudet and Gil Shaham.

Among the visiting orchestras and special guests are Gidon Kremer’s Kremerata Baltica, Murray Perahia, Yuri Temirkanov with the St Petersburg Philharmonic, Natalie Dessay, Katia and Marielle Lábeque, Christian Tetzlaff and Dmitri Hvorostovsky.
