The real estate site has put together a list of the "Healthiest Housing Markets" and San Francisco is among the top ten, and the only west coast location in the top five. San Francisco ranked second, just behind Houston, Texas. Bethesda, Rockville and Frederick, Maryland tied for third place. San Antonio and Austin, Texas round out the top five.
In order to create the rankings, job growth, home vacancy rates and foreclosure rates were taken into account.
