Today is the final day of the San Francisco Green Film Festival.
The festival, in its fourth year, focuses on environmental issues and creating innovative solutions for those issues. The theme for this year is, "Water in the West." More than 60 films from around the world were scheduled to be shown during this year's festival.
This year Roxie Theater was added to the list of venues, and that is where the festival will wrap up tonight. If this is the first you are hearing of the SF Green Film Festival, you have two screening options left; "Lost Rivers" and "Wrenched." "Lost Rivers" explores the forgotten phenomenon of lost rivers beneath our cities, while "Wrenched" takes a look at civil disobedience in the midst of the environmental movement. A ticket to "Wrenched" also gets you into the closing night wrap party.
