San Diego ends all pretense of ending domestic violence

Good news!  As of September 26, 2011,  San Diego women became aware San Diego will remain unsafe for women in children.  The status quo remains firmly in place.  The beginning of the end of the pretense arrived with Judge Lisa Schall refusing to grant the victim a restraining order.

The end to San Diego's lip service in addressing crimes against women arrived not from the Family Justice Center, or San Diego Police Chief Bill Lansdowne, who allowed officer Anthony Arevolus to continue "patrolling" the streets after many women came forward with claims of crimes committed against them late at night.  The end to the pretense of ending crimes against women also did not arrive by the City Council, a body which continues turning a blind-eye. to the Chief's lack of action.

As expected, the pretense ended via the DAs office, where Bonnie Dumanis' long "easy on police" attitude, continues contributing to getting women like Diana Gonzalez, killed.

Not surprisingly the pretense ended with ABC reporting at 2:07p.m. and during the 11 o'clock news, when many women are asleep by a more cooperative NBC.  CBS didn't report the end until the September 27th; while Fox didn't report a thing.

Tellingly, (no pun intended)  NBC's reported a police department "spokesperson" declined to - speak.

But San Diego's co-opting crimes against women became official after one-time San Diego Police Officer of the Year, Sgt Stalker Ken Davis pled guilty plea to a lesser charge of stalking.  It would not be a stretch of the imagination to suspect the victim took a lot of heat in agreeing to the reduced charges.  After all, the DAs office is run with a vise-like grip by Bonnie Dumanis.

One last mention.

Sgt. Ken Davis gets to keep his job and his gun.
