Bicycle enthusiasts in San Antonio have a reason to be excited this month. San Antonio B-Cycle, San Antonio’s bike share program is offering two ways to celebrate the sweet month of February.
San Antonio B-Cycle is the newest way to get around town with 30 B-Stations in San Antonio including some at Pearl Brewery, Alamo Plaza and the Convention Center. This network of bicycles allows people to economically and conveniently avoid traffic and parking problems and reduce pollution. It is also good for their overall health and quality of life.
Interested parties can sign up online or purchase a 24-hour membership, choose a bike from any station, use it and then return it to another station. It’s convenient for short trips around downtown because they are always ready to use without the hassle of upkeep.
The first Valentine’s offer is valid from Thursday February 14 through Sunday February 17 and is giving couples the chance to buy a 24-hour bike access for only $10 per couple ($5 per person). Single folks can also take advantage of this offer for $5. These 24-hour access offers can be purchased at any B-station around San Antonio by entering the promo code “1413” at the kiosk.
Annual memberships are the second part of this promotion. During the month of February annual memberships are available at a reduced rate ($14 off of the regular $60 rate). These can be purchased online using the promotional code “bmine.”
