This week’s feature rescue is "Angel By My Side Puppy Rescue" which is will be at Petland in Boerne this Saturday (as they are every Sat.)
The rescue is run by Christine Touw, who says:
“This has been my dream form several years. I trained/volunteered/worked at the Bulverde Area Humane Society for 6 years but now specialize in orphan and young abandoned pups.
All of my pups live in our home and are naturally reared. This means that we follow conventional medical protocols but supplement with holistic, homeopathic and herbal remedies. Once weaned the pups are raw fed. We use Nature's Variety products that have raw, canned and kibble so adopters can easily transition to kibble if that is their decision.
It is my belief that dogs are gifts from God and my pups are ‘naturally reared messengers of God's love’.”
