The origins of Trick or Treating may have come from the practice of giving out soul cakes in Britain. Soul cakes were traditionally small, round cookies. You can make some to hand out to the boys and ghouls at your door, or just to eat after Samhain dinner. Don't forget to leave one on an altar for your ancestors. This common recipe comes from Pagan Family by Cieswr Serith and uses just three ingredients.
