Same-day Christmas delivery gifts: iTunes, Amazon.com email, Facebook gift cards, Mp3, Kindle books
For those truly last-minute Christmas gift givers, Amazon.com is highlighting their gift cards as a gift with same-day Christmas delivery.
They've got Kindle books you can send to anyone with an email address -- and who doesn't have an email address these days?
And Amazon is pretty innovative in the ways they allow folks to send their same-day Christmas gifts, either via e-mail or by a Facebook friend wall post.
(They also have the print or mail option, but unless you're printing it out and carting it over to the person's house, most folks will opt for the e-mail or Facebook option.)
You can even send a gift card with a suggested item and let your recipient decide if they want that gift, or choose to purchase something else.
Music lovers can receive Amazon.com Mp3 gifts that "will be sent to the e-mail address you entered shortly after the order is placed" and "an be exchanged for an Amazon.com Gift Card."
Some cities even can enjoy local express delivery, where qualifying "items are delivered on same day you place your order," writes Amazon.
And of course there are always iTunes gift cards on iTunes.com -- I don't recommend the iTunes gift cards being sold thru Amazon.
iTunes also offers the email gift cards that are delivered immediately via email, says the iTunes website.
You can also "give specific music, apps, TV shows, movies and audiobooks" that are instantly delivered via email.
There.
Your Christmas shopping is finally done.
Merry Christmas!
