Salt and Vinegar Baked Potatoes with Cardamom
Chop a small bag of red potatoes or the like into cut fries.
Pile chopped potatoes, 3 tablespoons oil, and 3 pinches cardamom, into a large saucepan and boil until potatoes are soft.
Rinse in cold water and toss potatoes in a large mixing bowl with 6 tablespoons olive oil and 6 tablespoons white vinegar. Place on a baking sheet and sprinkle with plenty of salt and cardamom.
Bake uncovered for 25 minutes at 350F.

A Healthy Cucumber Salad
Chop one large cucumber into very thin slices.
Mix together with a spinner 1/3 cup fat free sour cream, 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1/2 teaspoon tarragon, chives to taste, salt and pepper.
Coat cucumber slices with olive oil brushed on.
Serve cucumbers spread on plate and with dip on top.

Fresh chives, just a little
Basic Pork Chop
Take pork chop out of package and place in a frying pan which has been coated in cooking oil spray. Season with a great amount of pepper, salt and thyme. Fry pork chop on medium-high heat until cooked through, Done! Enjoy!
Vegetable oil cooking spray
Cut strawberries into halves and quarters and sprinkle with plenty of fresh ground sugar. Serve chilled.
