Salon Sora of Boca Raton, FL has teamed up with the National Breast Cancer Foundation in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Salon Sora has created a 'Pink' menu with services including manicures, pedicures and facials. Fifty percent of the money from services on the 'Pink' menu will go to the National Breast Cancer Foundation to support Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The salon is also giving away prizes to three nominated breast cancer survivors.
Breast cancer is a very important subject for salon owner and lead colorist Frank Marino. Frank Marino lost two relatives to the battle with breast cancer including his aunt who he 'considered a second mom.' Kerry Resnick who is also an owner as well as celebrity hair stylist said he 'always wanted to partner with a great charity and raise funds for a meaningful cause.' The Salon Sora owners are excited to partner with the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month the salon is giving away prizes to three breast cancer survivors. Nominations and stories of these survivors may be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org. Three survivors will be selected and receive a dinner for two at the Meatball Room as well as a spa day called the 'Makeover Beauty Day' that will include a manicure, pedicure, haircut and style, hair color or highlights as well as a Salon Sora signature facial.
