Nearly all of our staff consists of volunteers who dedicate their time to save lives without pay.
Although the few staff members who were paid include:
Jordan Turner (2012 CEO and co-founder): $3,100 [although he donated all but $200 back to the organization]
Fundraising Managers: Received about $500 each. (for the whole year of 2012)
The other 95% of our funds went to operational costs, animal rescues, and campaigns. Our accountant is still creating our 2012 Fiscal Financial Report for 2012. It will be posted on our blog next week.
Thank you to all our dedicated staff who voluntarily receive extremely low incomes and our staff who are complete volunteers. Bless your hearts and we look forward to another great year.
As for the year of 2013, our new CEO Andrea Lopez has decided not to receive any payment for her first year of working for us! How amazing is that!
