Governale posted a photo of his extreme mouth makeover to his Twitter account Wednesday afternoon, thanking his own personal tooth fairy Dr. Nicholas Toscano for his new set of chompers. Howard Stern lambasted Governale on-air last week when he revealed that he was financing the $12,000 cosmetic dentistry procedure with a high-interest payment plan.
Governale's financial choices have become a regular topic of debate on the Howard Stern Show, especially since Sal's on-air nervous breakdown in December 2010 when the crew tricked him into thinking Stern was retiring, leaving Governale jobless.
"I have three little boys. I don't know what to do," sobbed Governale, before the staff let him know that Howard Stern had actually signed on for a new five year contract.
Sal says the teeth were are part of a business investment, since he's trying to break into acting.
