The New Orleans Saints have never had the best defense in the NFL, but luckily for them it should get better this week in their game with the New York Jets. According to ESPN on Nov. 2, the Saints have activated Jonathan Vilma from the IR in time for the game.. Here is how fans can follow the Saints vs. Jets live stream and TV coverage of this weekend’s game.
- Date: Nov. 3
- Time: 1 p.m. EST
- TV: FOX
- Live Stream: NFL Sunday Ticket, Game Rewind
Saints Player to Watch: Drew Brees
Drew Brees is one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL and this season he has cleaned up his game. He has always thrown for a lot of yards, with three 5,000 yard seasons and over 4,000 yards in every season for the last seven. However, interceptions have plagued his career. This season, he has 19 touchdowns and only five picks, and if he can keep the ball away from the Jets, this could be a monster game for the Saints.
Jets Player to Watch: Chris Ivory
Chris Ivory was supposed to re-ignite the Jets running game after years of mediocrity under Shonn Green. However, he has been less than exciting and has lost a lot of carries in the process. Ivory will want to get things going this week against the team he used to play for in New Orleans. If Ivory can’t get things moving on the ground, this could be a long day for quarterback Geno Smith.
The New York Jets were embarrassed last week and this week might be just as bad against the high powered New Orleans Saints offense. This should be a double-digit win for New Orleans. The Saints vs. Jets live streak kicks off at 1 p.m. EST.
