Saint Augustine Tea Party Holds its Regular Business Meeting
The Saint Augustine Tea Party held its regular business meeting at the Village Inn, today. A discussion of Town Crier activities and a brief history was presented primarily for the benefit of eight new people who were present in the audience. New Town Crier signage was presented to the membership.
A significant order of business was a motion to approve entering into an agreement with News Service of Florida, a Tallahassee company. The motion was unanimously carried. With the acquisition of the news service the Saint Augustine Tea Party will be able to provide daily political news from Tallahassee in addition to the Town Crier Committee Report published online.
