Saint Arnold Brewing is known for its pub crawls- afternoons/evenings of carefree joy when lovers of fine brew skip happily from tavern to pub, partaking in the wonderful, sweet nectar that flows from the taps within. Now, the love will spread to a locale that has not hosted a Saint Arnold pub crawl in the past but it anxious to participate. Here are the facts:
Event: Saint Arnold Pub Crawl in the Woodlands
Location: Woodlands rea Taverns and Night Spots (see below)
Date and Time: Saturday, January 25, 2014 starting at 2 p.m.
That’s right, folks- the good guys and gals at Houston’s Saint Arnold Brewing Company are planning a pub crawl on the grounds of our affluent northern neighbor known as the Woodlands. Like with other pub crawls, this one will feature an “Open House” policy for the first four stops, then a final meeting place at the end for everyone. The first four stops on the crawl include:
- Hubbell & Hudson
- The Refuge Bar & Bistro
- Bar Louie
- Baker St. Pub & Grill
As with any open house pub crawl, attendees are free to stop at the above four taverns in any order they wish between the hours of 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. to get tickets verified. However, you MUST start between the hours of 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. to get the initial ticket. After 3 p.m., no new tickets will be distributed.
At 6 p.m., guests will gather at the final pit stop on the long but productive crawl. The host for the end point of the journey is:
- The Goose’s Acre
Everyone who completes the pub crawl will receive their very own limited edition pub crawl pint glass. Designated drivers will also receive the pint glass- just right for a large serving of iced tea or vitamin water.
Craft beer is expanding so it makes sense that Saint Arnold expand its pub crawls to new and exciting places. The initial Woodlands pub crawl is only days away and it requires no reservations or advance notice. Just show up, ready to crawl and ready to drink at some of the Woodlands hottest nightspots.
