Kelly Osbourne arrived on the red carpet of the 2013 SAG Awards held at Shrine Auditorium on Sunday (January 27.) The entertainer was one of the first stars walking the red carpet as she was part of the staff of E! who was at the award ceremony early to kick off the celebrations and get ready for her job.
With the figure hugging Jenny Packham gown, Kelly Osbourne wore definitely attracted attention. People from around the world were on Twitter talking about Kelly Osbourne’s black gown as the look was sexy and the detailed front was impossible to miss on the red carpet.
Showing off her tattoos and sharing a smile with the camera, it appears that Kelly Osbourne was delighted to be out of the house and enjoying time with her colleagues. Hopefully the fans will get to see her more as she is live on the E! Network preshow of the SAG Awards
