Last week's sudden temperature drop coincided perfectly with the start of football season. If hooded sweatshirts, bonfires, and Pumpkin Spiced Lattes don't signify that fall weather is right around the corner, I don't know what does. But, when the thermostat took the plunge--much to my dismay--the sun followed suit. Luckily, for all of the fair-weather fans out there, sunny skies are in the forecast this weekend, so why not get in a few last outdoor workouts before chilly temps are here to stay?
