Sad, senior German shepherd waits for help

See also

Since Feb. 28, "Jake," a senior German shepherd, has waited for someone to take him out of his kennel run at the West Los Angeles Animal Care and Control Center in Calif.

Jake is ten years of age and for some reason, in the midst of his twilight years, when he should be enjoying a quiet life with his family, he is instead alone at an animal control facility.

German shepherds are known for being devoted and loyal companions - as such, being separated from his "person" is undoubtedly causing Jake a good deal of stress.

Please take a moment to network on behalf of this handsome senior - he deserves to be in a home with someone who will treat him with kindness and compassion for the rest of his days.
