Sacramento Republic F.C. travel to Oklahoma City to battle the Energy

The Sacramento Republic F.C. will face fellow expansion team the Oklahoma City Energy F.C. this Saturday evening at Pribil Stadium. The Energy (3-7-2) are undefeated in their last three games (1-0-2) and the Republic F.C. haven't lost a USL Pro game since April 26th and are (4-0-1) during that stretch. O.K.C. is coached by former Danish goalie Jimmy Nielsen who's coaching for the first time at this level. The Energy is led by Kyle Greig (four goals and one assist) whilst Sacramento's offense top scorer is Tommy Stewart with four goals and two assist.

The Republic are looking to take possession of fourth place in the USL Pro standings with a victory Saturday night. They are currently tied in that spot with the Rochester Rhinos. Oklahoma City is tied in ninth place with Harrisburg, Arizona and Dayton. Kick-off is scheduled for 5:00 P.D.T. and the game can be viewed online at http://www.sacrepublicfc.com/matchday and http://www.youtube.com. Sacramento's next home game will be next Friday June 20th. This will be the first home game of the 2014 season for the team at Bonney Field and tickets for the game have been sold.
