The Brewing Lair of the Lost Sierra is making it's Sacramento debut at Mama Kim Eats March 1, 2013. Part of the Sacramento Beer Week, owner Kim Scott has created an outrageous pairing featuring her own brand of Southern-style comfort food and handcrafted brews from The Brewing Lair.
Celebrating their one-year anniversary, The Brewing Lair is off the beaten track in Blairsden, California. About 150 miles northeast in Plumas County. A spectacular corner of Calfiornia! Bold move to open any business in this economy, but owners Susan and Rich were mining riches in this new liquid gold. Similarly, Mama Kim Eats is a bit off-track on the evolving Del Paso Boulevard. Kim has been a mobile food truck and catering maven for many years before opening the doors of Mama Kim Eats in 2012.
