Be part of the Second Saturday scene on December 12, with art-lovers thronging the Sacramento galleries. Skinner Howard has a special reception on December 12 from 6 to 9 p.m

The Dogs and Cats Show runs through January 2nd at Skinner Howard, Contemporary Art, 723 S Street, downtown Sacramento.
