The Buffalo Sabres continue their three-game western swing with a match-up against the Los Angeles Kings on Thursday, November 7th (10:30 p.m. ET face-off). The Kings return the favor the following Tuesday, travelling to Buffalo for a game on Tuesday, November 12th.
The Kings play their home games in the STAPLES Center, located at 1111 S. Figueroa St. in Los Angeles, California. The arena, which opened in 1999, seats more than 18,000 for hockey. STAPLES Center stays busy throughout hockey and basketball seasons, as it is also home to the Los Angeles Clippers and Los Angeles Lakers of the NBA, and the Los Angeles Sparks of the WNBA.
There are plenty of choices to make when it comes to food at the Staples Center. The selections includes national brands California Pizza Kitchen and McDonald’s, STAPLES Staples (featuring hot dogs, candy apples and other sporting event “staples”), Wetzel’s Pretzels with premium gourmet pretzels, and Outtakes Quick Cuisine with Kosher and Gluten-free items as well as Sushi plates and rolls.
Tickets for the Sabres/Kings match-up in Los Angeles are on sale through www.ticketmaster.com; prices range from $35 to $515 (plus taxes and fees).
