Filming for the next season of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" is fast approaching and now Executive Producer Ryan Seacrest, is dishing on filming pregnant Kim and the birth of her baby. In an appearance on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" on Thursday, Seacrest admitted the baby bump will be primed for its television debut, but likely not the baby. "You will see her pregnancy on TV, because she'll be about four and a half months in once we start shooting next season," Seacrest revealed.

The radio and television personality also hinted cameras won't be in the delivery room for the birth of Kimye's baby. "You mean 'Am I going to be in the room filming all this with a zoom lens to put on the air, on E!?'" Seacrest asked Jay Leno. "I will not," he confirmed.
As Examiner.com has previously reported Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have reportedly decided against filming the birth of their baby. In fact, new reports claim the couple is seriously considering keeping the baby off reality television altogether.
It's believed Kim and Kanye's baby is due around the end of June.
