Ryan Seacrest and Julianne Hough have split. On March 16, PEOPLE Magazine reported that Seacrest and Hough have called it quits after more than 2 years together. The couple, who many thought were going to get engaged, shocked the world with this news. Sources reveal that the two have decided to "take a break" and that they have been "living apart."
"The sources maintain that busy work schedules proved to be a great challenge for them both, although they are still in regular contact and remain friends," PEOPLE reports. As with many celebrity splits, hectic work schedules always seem to be part of the cause.
Ryan Seacrest and Julianne Hough have sort of dodged any media questions about the status of their relationship, which many people thought was a sign that Ryan had no intentions of proposing. This may or may not have been a problem for Julianne, but she also played coy when it came to burning relationship questions.
As previously reported, Seacrest recently dodged questions about "getting married." It seems as though there could have been problems for weeks leading up to this news.
