Ryan Seacrest and Julianne Hough have broken up after two years of dating in a Hollywood relationship that seemed headed toward marriage. However, on March 14, many sources were reporting sad news about the elapsed liaison between these two popular personalities who previously appeared to be very tight during their tenure together.
So what happened?
According to a source for Us magazine via Yahoo!, "The travel and lifestyle [for Ryan and Julianne] got to be too much. Who knows if this is just for now, but I think this is for good."
So while the question regarding whether or not these two luminaries are permanently out of each other's lives on a romantic level is out there, Seacrest and Hough apparently are over at least for now.
That said, both luminaries are very busy in their professional lives, hard at work almost on a constant basis. As a result, these two have often acted like proverbial ships passing in the night.
Arguably the busiest man in Hollywood, 38-year-old Ryan Seacrest has been taking on multiple duties for years. He hosts "American Idol,' he hosts a huge, Los Angeles-based radio show, and he helms a number of projects for E! Entertainment Television as well as appears on the network's news and awards shows.
Meanwhile, 24-year-old Julianne Hough has made the big and very difficult leap from the small screen (as arguably the most beloved "Dancing with the Stars" pro) to be on the big screen. These days, she is a movie star currently seen in the romantic flick called "Safe Haven," co-starring with Josh Duhamel.
And so, as Ryan Seacrest and Julianne Hough find themselves no longer together as a couple, this Hollywood pair's breakup surely has its reasons. However, since no formal statement has been made by either member of this once cohesive unit regarding why, that aspect of this recent development is still officially under wraps.
