Cory Monteith checked into rehab on Monday and the news of his arrival hit the fans of Glee hard. Trying to make sense of the situation, the popular star voluntary checking himself into a program to get help as needed. While the reps for the star are asking for privacy, the creator of Glee is speaking to the fans where he stands. On Monday morning, a big show of support came from Ryan Murphy on the subject.
“I am so proud of Cory Monteith and love and support him 100%,” tweeted Ryan Murphy from his official Twitter account on Monday. The accomplished producer definitely got the attention of the fans as the star might not be in front of the camera, but he is still an important part of the series.
Ryan Murphy wasn’t the only Glee star who was standing by Cory on Monday as Lea Michele also issued a statement of support. The actor obviously has the support of the show as he enters rehab and there is no doubt the fans support him too.
